This position is remote in Richmond, VA or surrounding area.
Periodic onsite provider visits will be required in the future.
The Provider Relations Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with providers. Duties include, but are not limited to; periodic on-site visits, conducting provider seminars, communicating administrative changes, and facilitating resolution of non-routine claim issues and other billing questions. The Provider Relations Representative coordinates and conducts provider training and develops and distributes provider network materials. The Provider Relations Representative will act as a liaison between internal departments of Sentara Health and the provider community.
