General Summary:

The Walmart Category Leadership Associate Manager will be responsible for driving category and Campbell growth and executing Category Management team objectives. This person will build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role is responsible for reporting, tracking, and analyzing data The Category Leadership Associate Manager will be an expert in data, systems, and tools. They will utilize Luminate, syndicated and panel data to create clear, accurate, and actionable insights. They will articulate the information using storytelling and strong written and verbal communication.

The Category Leadership Associate Manager will maintain item attributions in various tools. This position may also be responsible for setting planograms at the store or Campbell's mod room.

Responsibilities include:

o Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor internally and with Walmart/Sam's

o Advanced reporting and analytics utilizing Luminate, IRI, Retail Link, Madrid, PowerBI, Alteryx, and other tools

o Utilizing category and shopper data to develop actionable insights

o Expertise in systems and tools

o Clear communication of information and actionable insights to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders including leadership and Walmart/Sam's

o Newsletters, reporting, and additional communications

o Maintaining item attribution for Luminate and other tools

o Physically resetting planograms at stores and/or mod room

Knowledge, skill, and abilities:

o Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships

o Excellent communication skills

o Strong analytical and technical skills and experience (Luminate, Madrid, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, IRI, Retail Link)

o Accuracy and attention to detail

o Problem solving, collaboration, and time management skills

o Category, consumer, and shopper knowledge (Kantar, Mintel, etc)

o Team player with positive attitude

o Self-starter with drive to learn and grow

Education and Experience:

o Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

o Preferred Experience: 3-5 years industry experience

Working Conditions:

o This role falls into our hybrid work model; working in our Rogers, AR office Tuesday through Thursday, and where you do your best work on other days.

o Due to the nature of the position, work may require manual labor and occasional lifting not to exceed 30 pounds.

o Approximately 10-20% travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
