This position is responsible for supporting the administrative functions in a distribution department. These duties involve clerical skills and experience working on general business computer applications including MS excel, MS word, outlook and general inventory applciations.
Job Duties include:
Prepares folders, attendance sheets, job history cards and name tabs for employees.
Maintains personnel and seniority listings.
Maintains department payroll and attendance documents
Maintains inventory of all forms and supplies used in the department, orders additional supplies as necessary.
Assembles production data and builds necessary reports
